Challenging an invalid Section 21 notice

A family received a notice they did not understand and faced the prospect of losing their home. We reviewed the paperwork, identified procedural defects and supported them to challenge it.

Outcome: The family remained in their home while longer-term housing was arranged.

Welfare

Winning a PIP appeal

A client had their Personal Independence Payment reduced after an assessment. We helped gather medical evidence, prepare a submission and represent them at the tribunal.

Outcome: The decision was overturned and the correct award was restored.

Immigration

Securing refugee status

An asylum seeker faced complex Home Office questioning and tight deadlines. We provided advice, helped prepare their evidence and represented them through the process.
